The stay was nice in general although the food was not that good.

I spent 4 nights with my wife. The hotel was very nice and clean. You have everything you need and the staff was very nice and helpful. I really appreciate the help from the reception responsible lady - although I don’t remember her name- when she was very helpful and accepted to change our room the second day to another one with a large bed. She was smiling and accommodating which was really appreciated. The breakfast was nice and very diverse. All the staff were nice we had no issue.

The restaurant was bad and not in line with the hotel standards. The meat is very bad in general either cooked or grilled. We tried the open buffet and the other restaurant but we decided to go out for a proper dinner in the last couple of nights.

I have requested to decorate my room for honeymoon the bed, the send reply it’s ok, however they did not. during weekend many people come outside of resort just paying normal entrance fees, thus the swimming pool full of people comparing to normal days

Tranquility at it’s best!

The beach is right at the back of the hotel. The hotel on its own is an attraction, there is plenty to do. The hotel is clean. Breakfast buffet has a variety of options.

The staff only speaks Arabic and French no English! Discoloured bathroom towels and gown.They were yellowish instead of white. The matras was on the hard side.

Poor quality, overpriced, poor value for money

I don't like writing negative reviews but I am afraid that this hotel is very disappointing. I had several issues with my room (some uncleanliness; safe didn't work; air conditioning didn't work well). Do not expect the hotel to be proactive - it takes several calls to get anything done. The facilities in general are dated and the hotel is in need of rejuvenation. Forget the niceties you'd expect from a 5 star hotel e.g. a bottle of water in the room; an iron. I asked for an iron and was promised twice that they'd bring one to my room but, after no one arrived and I chased them for the third time, they changed their mind and said they would not provide one. No one had bothered to phone me back and tell me, leaving me waiting late at night, which I thought was very inconsiderate. Breakfast and restaurant are ok - nothing special.

I will definitely not use it if I am in Tunis again

the manager was helpful-the night manager

When I booked I asked for regular bed they gave me 90 cm bed the AC was dropping water so you can not sleep they change the room , the new room was filled with mosquito so I asked to help no body came so I went down and talked with the night manager who acted quickly and changed my room to a sweet. water is not supplied standard like any hotel you have to pay for the water the thalassic that they have is not worse the money at all Changing three rooms in 2 hours I forget three things my swimming suit my swimming google and a brand new perfume I hope that they kept aside as I will send some body to pick them up a friend from Tunis the cost of the items are much more than what I paid for my room

The staff, cleanliness and the facilities.. we cannot fault this hotel. We didn’t try the restaurants in the evening but the buffet breakfast was amazing.. all you can imagine was on offer

5 star Hotel without any entertainment for free!!

I was expecting more for a hotel 5 star. The price during the low season in tunisia(winter) is similar to the Normal price a real five star hotel in Europe... The hotel didn’t offer any activity for free during the winter and his position is bad for business. The staff said that the hot swimming-pool will open in a few days (i visited the hotel during December...) otherwise i should pay to visit the swimming pool dedicated for Spa... The Spa prices are more expensive than a Spa price in France or Italy... They should revise their price and service activity otherwise is normal tourist will continue to visit other country like Marocco, Croatia, Greece...

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff.

The staff. Nice very helpful and decent people. Tip them good because their bosses are paying them ridiculous low wages. Compared to euro they deserve more. So be decent enough to tip enough instead of treating them like your personal slave.

Nothing. This hotel is just very good. Nice architecture nice food nice staff clean rooms. Even shower head was changed immediately because of default.

Almost nothing

Pool wasn’t working , room wasn’t clean , water dripping from the ceiling , delayed a lot at check in and I arrive at 14h00 , it deserve 2 star max , room service very slow above 30 minutes , réception was very rude with the kids , no water at room , no water bowler at the room !!! Zero activity at hotel .

Swimming pool amazing but no food

Salted swimming pool and Spa are very nice

Food almost finished at around 9PM. We've to go outside to have dinner. In a Hotel like that this is completely unacceptable.
